How Does YP Work?

Young professionals range from university students and graduates through to early career professionals with up to ten years experience. They use YP, motivated to advance their careers, improve skills, learn from peers and share their own experiences.

The majority are not active job seekers, allowing employers to reach into the passive candidate market.
